i have been having some problems with vonage. they are not honest up front. i needed help with installation and was told i would be reimbursed the money it would take to have a professional install the phone gear. i was also told i would have to send the receipt and was credited with 75$ to my account. the problem is i was not told i would have to cover the fee over the 75$. i could have shopped around for a good price yet they did not give that option, they said "Circuit City" even though others were available. i let this happen because they were not forthcoming with the proper or "full" info. this is not the first time this has happened. it also happened when i signed on initially. i cannot trust this company. they seem to be a bit corrupt as though they were hiding something. |

So you will be canceling when?
Common sense would tell you that they have to put a limit on what they will pay. Otherwise, everyone would hire their relative to do the install for $1,500 and expect Vonage to cover it. |

you could have went on this site and seen how to install it yourself. I guess you are talking about wiring the house, that takes about 2 minutes to open the phone box and remove a couple of wires and a plug. First time I heard about Vonage paying for it.
How much did you pay?
There aren't too many people on this site that works for Vonage.

I don't work for Vonage but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last week. Guess that experience gave me some common sense and the ability to install Vonage on my own. Cancel your Vonage account and move along to AT&T. |
