I have a Palm Centro smartphone with internet access.
I am able to reach the Vonage website and enter my username & password. When I click on the "GO" button, I am taken to the secure website, but nothing appears on the screen (blank white).
Does anyone have a resolution to this issue?
Also, does Vonage have a website for mobile phone access?
It's a problem with the way that damn dashboard is rendered. I have had no luck with any of my smartphones (treo 750, Samsung blackjack, and Moto Q9h). They all display a blank screen. Regardless of the browser. I tried Pocket IE, Opera, and Opera mini. If you find a solution please post it.
I can get it to come up on my Treo 700wx. When I log in, the screen comes up blank, just like yours. Then I re-enter the Vonage URL on the address line (or click on the stored favorite that I've set up) and, lo and behold, there's my dashboard. Sometimes I have to press "refresh" once or twice.
You probably have to fool around a bit until it works, but it does. I've changed my forwarding setup, etc. from my Treo.
You know...I was able to get it to come up once on my Treo using Opera mini. I have tried several times since that day and no luck. I will try your suggestions though. What browser were you using? I am assuming the OS is windows mobile right?
