Pure garbage service. Allways some issue. Today, no one can reach me - a refreshing change from my not being able to dial out. Hey, who needs a planning calendar with Vonage in your social or (worse yet)business life. Thanks Vonage, keep up the guano!! |

I am sorry about your bad service, but are you sure Vonage is at fault.
My service has been super ever since I got my internet connection fixed.
Most problems with Vonage are attributed to poor internet connections, not a problem with Vonage. If you internet connection is lacking in any way, your Vonage experience is going to be terrible.
When I first got Vonage, I had major problems. Dropped calls, audio drop outs, poor audio. Come to find out, there was an ISP problem in my area. It took Charter 3 months to find and fix the problem. Since then, I have only had I problem that was attributed to Vonage. They had an outage that lasted about 12 hours. Other than that, Vonage has been great for me. |

I am also sorry about all of your Vonage issues. I agree with the previous poster that most problems with the service are with the ISP. I have had vonage for several years and have never had any issues. |
