Post subject: Is this a Vonage problem
For the last couple of days I have had problems with trying to call a cell phone number on t-mobile in DC. Sometimes it would just ring and ring (doesn't sound like it even leaves
Vonage
because the sound the ring doesn't switch to a deeper sounding ring) and then I get a message that all lines are temp busy please try again later. However, if I hang-up and try a regular landline number in DC or a number on a different cell phone network then it would go through with no problem. Does this sound like a problem with
Vonage
with no switching over corrently to the right network, or a problem with the t-mobile network? I don't want to call tech support for
Vonage
unless I know that it is their problem.

if it is isolated to a single #, then most likely, it is a routing issue. I'd give
Vonage
a call and escalate it.

If you do not have problems with other numbers, I would blame the number that does not accept your call. Common sense.
