I tried to dial 100 to speak to the operator from my Vonage line and it says that stupid sentence 'All lines are busy please try later' which normally means 'I don't understand that number, but my understanding of UK telecomms is so poor'
When I contacted vonage they told me that I am unable to dial 100 using vonage............from when?. It worked only 6 months ago when I last called. How can u provide a Uk phone service and not give access to the operator.........maybe its time to leave Vonage I've had over 3 good years! |

I complained to Vonage about their lack of UK operator service, after a few mails of giving various information and doing various tests, here is the final reply....
I understand that you are unable to reach the UK operator through your Vonage phone line.
At this time Vonage does not support operator dialing of any kind. This is the same for US, UK, and Canadian accounts.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
