Got a phone call today from 503-977-6714 (apparently this company http://www.rdd.info/home.html).
They said they were conducting a survey on behalf of Vonage. Didn't give them any info since it seemed somewhat shady. Are these real surveys, anyone else seen this? |

Not likely they are legit. To answer your question: no I haven't seen it. |

I got a call from the same company. At the end of the survey I again asked for the name of the company they worked for and looked them up. They didn't ask any real personal information, though since they had my phone number, and they knew I was a Vonage customer, I don't know what else they knew about me. But, the questions they asked weren't intrusive whatsoever. I haven't, but if you feel something is amiss, call Vonage and ask them what this survey is all about. |
