No way I can say for sure, if it is or isn't an NA. But that is definitely not the factory box. It also should have come with a user manual, & quick set up guide.

I would also say that if you can get to the voice tab and it lets you adjust settings, then you know it is not a Vonage adapter b/c Vonage blocks the voice tab altogether. |

I agree, but it could also be a RTP300-VD that was converted to an "NA" by means of a firmware upgrade.
What has got me paranoid is when I access the following page:
http://192.168.15.1/Provision.html . On that page I see:
Provisioning Status: Vonage DNS Server1: Vonage DNS Server2 : Voice CID Name:
Why would it have an entry field for Vonage? If there is anyone who has a genuine RTP300-NA, could you please report back what you see on that Provision.html page. |
