my device is not working i unpluged it so i can move it to another location in the house and when i pluged it back in none of the lights come on, if its pluged in and i press the phone locater button it will still find the phone and if i press the "on" button on the phone the in-use light will come on but the ready light will not come one, the strange thing is if u unplug it and plug it back in the message light will come on for less than a second and goes back off. ive tried everything (unpluging all the wires and pluggin it back in, press the reset button) but no luck can someone help me

Your power supply is defective. It's a very common problem. Call Vonage support. They are well aware of the problem and will probably send you a new power supply for free. They did for me.

Ansuh,

As mentioned prior, it is a very common problem and Vonage will probably send you a new power supply when you describe the problem. If you like, you can take your power supply to any Radio Shack type store and purchase a replacement. Just be aware of the 90 degree plug on the end of the power supply cable. If you do purchase a new power supply, and it does not solve your problem, you can always return it.

You might want to read this: vonage-forum.com/ftopic20823.html" target="_blank">http://www.vonage-forum.com/ftopic20823.html

The best bet is to simply call Vonage support and, based on my own experience, they will ship you a new one for free.

Good luck.
