I've called four toll free numbers, 1-800, 1-888, and two 1-866. The 1-800 number works fine and one of the 1-866 numbers works (Vonage number) the other two drop after 20 seconds and under a minute. All other local (land line) numbers called and received worked fine, some cell numbers dropped but that happens I think cause it's a cell phone.
The first line of tech support had me do a trace test and decided that it was my cable modem. I called my cable company (Wide Open West) and they checked and had me do a ping test, found nothing, and sent a tech out. The tech checked signals and found no problems, but replaced the modem anyway. Problem NOT solved.
