Here is a suggestion for the Vonage service. From the dashboard or activity page, have the from phone number under received calls link to a reverse phone book site to do a look up, since call ID does not show names, just numbers.
Not sure if Vonage reads this board, but if so here is my 2 cents worth, free of charge

It had more to do with the URL that he kept putting in his sig, which violated forum rules.
