Hello, I was hoping someone could help me. I have for the past 2 days not been able to place outgoing calls. When I dial a number (any number) I get a busy signal. Yet, if someone calls me I receive the call perfectly fine.

I went to the Vonage website and when I tried to get the email address or the phone number to call them I was unable to get them. When I clicked on Email - nothing happened and when I clicked on Call- again nothing happened. Everything else I clicked on worked properly so I am not sure what is happening there.

I can't exactly call them anyways since I can not place any calls. When I used these 2 emails addresses ( customercare@vonage.com & billing@vonage.com ) to try and contact them they came back as donotreply and email not received.


Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this problem or does anyone have an email address I can email them my problem??

I have had Vonage now for a few years and have never had this issue. Also I have not changed anything with any of my devices (phone, cable modem, internet, fire wall, linksy etc.) Like I said it was fine until yesterday.

*** Account is paid up to date, always is (straight from my bank account) . The issue is with my phone and me not being able to place calls which means I can not call Vonage hence why I want to email them. Yes, I was on that page but the links for the Email and also the Call option were not working.


*** I fixed it on my own. Thank you.

Though for the future I would like to have an email address where I can contact them if something like this or something else happens and I can not use my phone and their site is not letting me click on the Email option. So if anyone has that email address I would be very grateful.

Not sure if that was the page you were using or not but there are options for email and calling on that page. Also, did you try rebooting your adapter? Unplug the power for a minute or two and plug it back in. If that doesn't work, it might also help to reboot all of your network equipment.

Assuming that your account is paid to date, and you're not in the second phase of your grace period, one way calling us usually a NAT issue. if you're trying to call Vonage, the number is 1-VONAGE-HELP (866-243-4357) If you have a cell phone, its better to call from that anyway, so that they can troubleshoot without having to hang up.
