Rich: you've found a band-aid, but the real problem is Comcast. Get Comcast to fix their network and provide the product that you're paying money for. If people just let it slide, Comcast has no incentive to actually improve/fix things. |

I for one am not letting this slide with Comcast. I would hope to think Vonage will back us up also.
Is there any feedback on this comcast issue from Vonage, I sure can't find it anywhere on the internet. Or a number to call as to the status of this issue between Vonage and Comcast.
I would hate to assume this issue with Comcast is falling on the backs of the Vonage Customers only.
I just want to know if anyones on the customers side. |

Ah, well you see, I don't have all day to sit on the phone fighting a battle that Vonage should be fighting. I need my service now, and if this didn't work, I would get another provider. The solution may help to get many others functioning for situations like job interviews, emergencies, etc. You get the picture. |

You are so right about being on the phone fighting over this issue, I have used up so many of my cell phone minutes talking, waiting, being passed around to different people from both Companies.
Most Customers do not have the luxury of time on thier hands, I happen to run my own business from home so i do have time.
Now also I feel I have money involved due to loss of phone service and cost of cell phone minutes.
At this point I'm angry that i am forced to use the *bandaid* approach each time this issue arises.
I refuse to cancel my Voip service and be charged a cancellation fee.
And I refuse to be bullied by my isp service.
This is the only place to vent as im attempting to get some answers from either company. |
