I don't think it's the router either, but I don't think it is Vonage's problem either. When I had quality problems, it was my ISP. There was a problem on the line that caused intermittent internet drops. Only for seconds, that would cause me not to be able to hear the other caller. I took 3 months of technicians before the problem was resolved. What you need to do is, check your cable modem error log. If it is full of errors, you have an ISP problem. Mine was showing about 70 per days. But when there were no errors, my signal was great.

Well, you could be right. One thing I have noticed lately is that my internet has been going down. Especially in the morning. I unplug the modem and router, wait a few minutes then replug and everything is fine. So you may have something there.

How do I obtain the cable modem log?

I'm using a Motorola U10C018 cable modem. I can't seem to find a log because it seems the modem isn't listed.

Can you make heads or tails out of any of it. Doesn't look good but it is on the Comcast end or modem issues?
