Anyone know why the business plan costs so much more than the personal plan?
Do you get a bunch of other stuff with the business plan or something? |

Same reason everone else charges more for a business line, expected heavier usage. |

I think both of the reasons are accurate. There is no question that the business line will be busier. But in terms of getting any additional perks, the only perk is getting a 2nd fax line. |

That is true.
Same for the POTS providers and the cable companies. They charge more for a business line, and if you choose a residential account and put a heavy number of calls on it by using it for business, you are likely to be disconnected , no matter the provider.
If you are using the line for a home office, I would think the residential line would be fine. |

All true, together with the expectation of the service providers that, if you're going to be making money with their lines, they want a piece of the action. |

Yeah, on the personal plan, with unlimited minutes you're really not a profitable customer after like 1500 minutes (might be more now). They expect that on an unlimited business plan you'll use well more than that. |
