Does anybody know where I can purchase a replacement cap for my V-phone? I think one of my young'uns got to the cap and I can't find it.

I found this post but didn't see any replies. What did you end up doing? I had the same thing happen. I found the cap from an old flash drive works, but it's ugly (doesn't match). It would be nice if we could order the little things from Vonage!

My "solution" was that the cap turned up. Unfortunately this community is not very active at solving problems - or so it seems.

you will be able to upgrade to another v-phone in most cases. I am a sales rep and can do upgrades as if it was a new activation. Also V-Phones are free at the moment. Feel Free to contact me for any more questions or problems.
