I like getting my voicemail emailed to me as wav files. That is typically the only way I ever listen to my voicemail. It would be great if I could reply to the email with a simple message like "READ" or "DELETE" to mark the message appropriately. That way I don't always think there is another new message i haven't heard when I pick up the phone. Right now, I have to set some time aside to go to the website and mark all the voicemail I've already heard.

This could be done either as a reply mechanism, or by providing a couple links in the email that do this via cgi. The reply mechanism would provide more flexibility for device that don't have full web access but do get voicemail (like cell phone). However, the link mechanism may be more intuitive for most people. Of course, I wouldn't mind having both
