Hello -
I just subscribed to Vontage service. I have been please thus far, but I cannot seem to get vontage service throughout my house (only when plugged into computer).
I have attempted to contact tech support twice, but they were unable to help. During set-up, I did what the instructions informed me to do, that was disconnect the existing telco phone line at the box. After I did that, I received several error messages on my vontage box.
Does anyone on this forum have any ideas what I can modify? Or has anyone experienced this problem also?
Any help would be of help,
Thanks,
Nathan |

Nathan, when (if) you take this to the hard wiring forum, please include the type of Vonage box, how you're connecting it to the house wiring, and what kind of error messages you're receiving. Also, tell us what's happening with the phone light on the Vonage box (unless it's a V-portal). Is the light on, off, or flashing? |
