Post subject: Do I have to move my line to my Vphone for it to work?
I have a
Vonage
landline at home and a newly purchased VPhone. Sometimes, my Vphone works, sometimes it says it's unsubscribed. I'm not sure if I have to go to my
Vonage
account online and 'move the number' to my Vphone for it to work?
Do I have to move the line between the two devices for them to work when I want to make/receive phone calls on either of them?
