I have a VTech IP8100-1. As long as I can remember, when I check my voicemail messages on a phone (any phone, even if I call in from my cell phone) it states the time of the message in Pacific Time, however, I am in Maryland so I am in Eastern Time. But when I check my messages via the Vonage website it says the time the messages were received is in Eastern Time. My caller ID on my VTech IP8100 list the times calls are received at the correct time, Eastern Time. My Vonage account is setup correctly with the correct time zone.
I have called Vonage about this a long time ago, and they told me that they made some corrections on their end and reset my phone adaptar, which I did. That didn't fix the problem and didn't want to have to deal with them again, that I decied to just live with it. However, I would like to know if anyone else had the same problem and how it was fixed? |

Log into your account on the website, select the "Account" section and select "Edit Account". Change the time zone setting to any another time zone and save settings. Then change the time zone to Eastern and save settings. |
