New phone does not Ring on RTP300

I am using RTP300 and recently got a new DECT phone. When calls come in, all phones are ringing fine, except for this one. I can answer the calls and talk, but the ringer does not ring. The phone works fine at my friends house. Has anyone seen such issue with RTP300 where some phones do not ring?

I've seen a problem where no phones would ring, but not one where just one wouldn't. Nevertheless, I'd call Vonage tech support and see if they can bump the ring voltage up. It might work, and that would be the solution if nothing were ringing.
