After discussing this story with a Vonage employee they were able to connect me to a supervisor who approved my rebate on the spot and promised to have my cheque out to me within 2 to 3 weeks. Or so they said... It's now been over 3 weeks since my last post and still no check from Vonage.
I have since filed a complaint with the FTC at the below link and I encourage you all to do the same if you are having issues getting your rebate from Vonage as per the advertised time frame.
