PostPosted: Sat Apr 19, 2008 7:54 pm    Post subject: Annual Pre-pay not possible for premium/basic world plan? Reply with quote Back to top

I have the premium plan with basic world for $30.99 per month.
($24.99 + $6)

Is it possible for me to do the Annual Pre-pay thing in order to
get th 20% savings?

When I log into my Vonage acct, Annual Pre-pay is not an option
under "Change Your Rate Plan" section...

Thanks! Smile

Pay one annual payment of $239.99(Residential) or $399.99(Business) for your service fee. That's a savings of 20%.

How can I sign up?
You can sign up for Pre-Pay 3 different ways:

Through a special Invitational offer sent to you by Vonage.
Log into your Vonage Online Account - Click here to go the Annual Pre-Pay way
Call us at 1-VONAGE-HELP (1-866-243-4357), and one of our Customer Service agents will be

Your basic world may be a knock out for prepay. Give them a call.

After almost a month of trying, I have been unable to get Vonage
to charge me for the annual plan. My current premium plan with
basic world is $30.99 per month. $24.99 + $6)

6 different Vonage reps all couldn't add it....

I take it this is a good sign that Vonage doesn't need cash that badly? Very Happy

Or. it means there's a planned price increase for world in the works and they don't want to get locked in with folks.

Could also mean that the discount rate is 20 percent off; however, the extra $6 would not be. Therefore, the cost would be the discount rate plus $72.
