Lines Are Temporarily Busy, Please Try Your Call Again Later

When I call this number (718) 515-0101, I get a recording that says LINES ARE TEMPORARILY BUSY, PLEASE TRY YOUR CALL AGAIN LATER. So for hours I tried calling and calling again.

Then in frustration, I tried my cell phone and I got a recording that said the I HAVE REACHED A NON WORKING NUMBER.

This has happened before with other numbers and the same LINES ARE TEMPORARILY BUSY recording came up again - and this has made my VONAGE line not dependable.

How can this be fixed?

Hard to say, but one thing is sure- the forum won't be able to help with this one. Try Vonage customer service and see what they say.

hi,,,
Is it an international number, some calls from vonage to international numbers have this probllems as vonage uses bandwith from ISP which are not sufficient to complete the calls. Duplicate the issue by calling from a PSTN phone and check if its working and if it does.. call vonage tech supprt and educate the agent about this issue.. they will look into it.. don worry.. they will try to reroute the call flow and make it work.

Not international. I called it with mobile phone and it said the NUMBER IS A NON-WORKING NUMBER.

And i thought it was just busy!! Embarassed
