Go this e-mail back from customer services. I thought being addressed by my first name was bad enough, but 'individual'??? Is this used for people who are androgynous or something? Our launch date in UK has been postponed until Jan 10th 2005. We will launch at Jan 10 2005.
At least they're now offering dates instead of 'first quarter', 'second quarter'. The original date was stupid- would a UK company launch a product in the US on a public holiday? 'Doh!
