I've been a long time Vonage customer. Got a new V-portal and now my Call Block feature will not work. Tech support guy was great but the firmware patch did not resolve problem. Anyone else with this problem after installing V-portal? Thank you.
hi its working with the previous firmware.. so ask the tech guy to roll back the firmware and then lock the auto upgrade firmware option , that will resolve ur issue.. i m 100 percent sure
Hey, I don't believe it is a firmware issue. On which firmware version does it not work? I am running 2.7.5_0.2.14 and it is fine as well as on the previous one before this last upgrade.
