I've been having the same problem. When I make outgoing calls, everything is fine. But with incoming calls, the caller cannot hear me after 10 seconds while I continue to hear them. At first I thought it was a problem with my Voip adapter so I replaced it with a different model ... same problem. I think it might be a firewall setting ... but I don't understand why this would happen after 10 seconds, and why outgoing calls seem to work. Very frustrating ...

have you tried changing your bandwidth setting in your Vonage control panel? That is what I did, however, I am still waiting a few days to see if overall it is better.

yeah, i tried changing that ... no difference. i'm using my adapter off a symmetric 50mbps connection, so it's definitely not the bandwidth. i think it's something about my firewall with iptables; but i haven't been able to find any information about what settings to do / make to allow for this.
