This is my second V Phone in one year and I am having the same problem. All of a sudden when I plug in my V Phone I do not get a dail pad, thus I can not make calls. The Vonage folder shows up in My Computer and all the files seem to be there.
Has anyone else had this problem with the dail pad disappearing?
Seems like the V-Phone crashed. Possible causes can be early removal without proper shutdown or leaving it in while booting up the PC. You can try and flash the FW on the V-Phone and see if that fixes it (otherise you will need to exchange it). If you want to try this method, PM me and I will walk you through the process.
