Years ago I read somewhere that it was impossible to transfer a vonage-given number (i.e. not transferred from another provider). Is that still the case? I'm a huge fan of Vonage, but as a business owner, I hate the thought of losing my main business number if something were to happen to Vonage.
I may have to set up a new line with the phone company, transfer that as an additional line at Vonage, purely so that I know I can maintina control of that number.
