I'm having a similar problem ## http://www.vonage-forum.com/ftopic2172.html ## with my Comcast (packet loss and delay).
simpilot -- what cable modem did you remove, and what did you replace it with?

I've had Vonage since last spring and I have the problem you describe infrequently, not chronically. My hunch is that it's a glitch in Vonage servers.
I'm starting to think that Vonage is growing faster than it can handle and maybe too many resources are going in to expanding market share and not enough in maintaining service. |
