I am trying to make a phone call to an 800 number using my Vonage line and keep getting a mix of fast busy signals or "All circuits are busy, please try your call again later." However I can call the 800 number from my cell with no problem. Any ideas on what would cause that to occur?? |

what's the 800 number? I'll give it a try from my end, if you'd like... |

Thank you for your offer. After trying several more times, the call finally did go through. I still don't know what happened. The 800 number is 1-800-853-0434 which is to Skycasters, an internet satellite provider. It does ring to an answering system, so you could try it and just hang up. Let me know if you do and get the same results. |

I just tried that number a few times and I got the busy message every single time...
All the other 800 numbers that I normally use are working fine, however...
I'm new to Vonage, so I'm willing to try everything... just to make sure everything is working as it shoudl be... |

I dialed the number four consecutive times and was promptly connected each time to the answering system. |

Are they located in the same state the OP is? Sometimes 800 numbers don't let in calls from the same area. Just a thought, and a question Vonage CS will ask first. |

This doesnt relate to your 800 number but similar problem. There are four cities arround my home I have trouble calling. When I call them I most often get one ring then a fast busy. Sometimes the all circuits busy message. Resetting the Vonagr router will get the calls through. Is annoying but have been lazy to find a solution.
