I called
Vonage
and they said since it doesn't have a
Vonage
sticker on the device it won't work. what if I say it does have a
Vonage
sticker, will they allow it to work then?

Nope,
Vonage
is switching to just using that vdv21 device. What they explained to me was that linksys had some of these left over and is selling them but they do not work with

However, it's possible- barely- that your device was a
Vonage
device and the sticker is just missing. Go to your account page and try to register it. If the registration is accepted and it works, great. If not, no harm done.
