I'm having an issue with my v-phone. There is no incoming sound. Called help desk twice and was on the phone with for over 2 hrs. Not helpful at all. They were supposed to call me back and still nothing after a week. V-phone works in some places and not in others. Doesn't work honme where I have no additional firewall. Using windows XP preofessional. Any suggestions?
