Help Mom In Need Of Help, Caller ID Is Comming In Diffrently

Hi good day, ive had Vonage for 2 years now,starting on 3/21/08 ..the way my caller ID USED TO SHOW UP IS NOW DIFFRENT..

BEFORE WHEN I RECEIVED AN INCOMING CALL IT USED TO SAY

EXSAMPLE: NICOLE SMISTH all in capital letters
(305) 855-2325

NOW WHEN I RECEIVE AN INCOMING CALL FROM THE SAME PERSON OR ANYONE IT SAYS

EXSAMPLE: Cell Phone T or Pcs Phone
(305) 855-2325

When my dad calls it used to say MIKE SMITH (305) 280-5523 all in capital letters

now it says Mike Smith (305) 280-5523 the only letters capitalized are the first letter M and the S from the last name

---What happend, did Vonage change the NAME and NUMBER CALLER ID FEATURE..?

i would like to get my old feature back, before i used to receive all the calls with names and numbers now i only receive some calls with the name and the rest just say Pcs Phone or Cell Phone without a name..

Most people will tell you that Vonage can't control what is displayed on incoming caller Id because that is dependent on the carrier of the person that is calling you. I believe that is a point that most people agree on. However, if you search the forum or go to the second page, you will see other threads where people are describing incoming caller id issues. So it makes me wonder if there is something up with Vonage and incoming caller ID. I'm not having any problems but I don't get many incoming calls either.
