Post subject: Internet is getting connected but VOIP is not working.
Hello All,
I have sify connection at my home for
Voip
(Vonage), it was working perfectly alright till week ago but suddenly it has stopped working.
Setup at my home
1, Sify is connected to
Vonage
router on WAN
2,Laptop is connected to LAN of
Vonage
router
However I'm able to use internet from my laptop but phone is not getting connected.
There is no problem with
Vonage
device as i have tried on different internet connection and it is working fine.
I can understand that there is something which has been blocked by sify. I need to know exactly what has been blocked, so that i can ask them to open/relaese that particular thing.
Thanks in advance!
Ravi

Have you cloned your PC's MAC address to the
Vonage
router?
