cub, you should be able to make that switch without going through the CSR. you can log onto Vonage and go to Add ons.
Then choose, move a number and it will give other ports to move it to. hope this helps. |

You can change to port 2 in your online account. Also, if you run the speed test and post the results here, it may shed some light on the problem. The speed is the least important as long as it's over 90kbps. http://www.vonage-forum.com/voip-speed-test.html
Also, did you try to disable your voicemail and see what happens to incoming calls? |
