Post subject: Good Technical Support
I had a good experience with a
Vonage
techy. He was in New Jersey. He resolved an issue regardng my transferring my fax line off to a separate
Voip
. The glitch was that the fax lines have to be ported to line 2 on the
Voip
not line 1. I received a secret 800 number to call that put me in touch dircectly with a level 2 support rep. The number I called was 1-888-861-6307. If
Vonage
changes this number this may mean they do not want their customers to receive this higher level of care without going through their silly phone maze. Lets hope they keep the number going. Good Luck.

Fax lines can be put on one or two. That is incorrect info he gave you.
