Ordered online and Vonage sent me a phone adapter without the mac address registered. Can't call tech support because I don't have a phone and e-mail support is a joke, they haven't responded in days.
Can anyone add the Mac address of a VT2442 to the system for me? Dave
Is there a direct e-mail so I don't have to keep using this dumb forum? Meaning the one on the Vonage website that is made from annoying javascript that doesn't load correctly and makes me keep filling out the same info over and over again.?

I figured you would misunderstand that - Please read above I corrected my comment. I wasn't dissing this particular forum, I meant the one they make you fill out to send them an e-mail.
