ATT wireless cannot call 212 area code

This happened for one week last month and went away. It has started again 2 days ago. I am unable to call any 212 vonage area code number from any ATT wireless phone. it works from T-Mobile,Verizon,etc. it also works from all land lines I have tried.

When you dial from ATT cell phone you get "number cannot be completed as dialed. Message 2 NJ 01 MO"

I have tried 10 different Cell phones and Cell phone. I have also tried a few different Vonage numbers.

Opened up a ticket with ATT after 2 hours on phone with ATT trying to fix my handset(eventhough I told them it affected 10 other cell phones I have tried)

Does anyone else have the same issue with AT&T wireless?

I am having the same problem with a 646 area code and it's driving me crazy. Whenever I call from an AT&T phone, it tells me the number cannot be completed as dialed but with other cell phones or land-lines, it works fine.
Please help if anyone knows what to do!

Update. Was on the phone over the weekend and the 3rd? 4th level? tech (after opening a ticket last friday) said there is a routing issue within the AT&T wireless network and he opened a ticket to fix the routing. Said it would be fixed today. We will see.
