Post subject: Almost Unuseable When Calling Non-Vonage Numbers
Inbound and outbound calls to and from our 727-xxx and 212-xxx lines to non-Vonage numbers are so choppy and garbled, they are almost unuseable.
However, when calling other
Vonage
numbers (example: my
Vonage
line 727-xxx to my friend's
Vonage
line in 412-xxx) the call quality is crystal clear-- so it's definitely NOT an issue with my ISP or internet connection.
Anyone else seeing this today?

Post subject: Garbled Voice Quality
Hi,
I am having the same problem (610 area code near Philadelphia). I am getting intermittent garbled voice quality to non-Vonage phone numbers and several of my voicemails are of the same garbled quality.

I didn't have a problem all day. All my calls were to non
Vonage
numbers and I didn't notice anything unusual.

That is extremely high average latency.
How are your Vonage-to-Vonage calls? My call quality problem was only to non-Vonage numbers, then cleared up on its own later that day.
