I tried MySpeed and here is what it gave me:

Upload 7,240,584 bps
QOS 99%

They seem to be a bit stingy with their MOS. They gave me a 4.1 but if I go to TestYourVoIP.com it gives me a 4.4. Funny but these results show only about one half of my true speed. At any rate it is possible to get a good rating from this site. The question seems to be your bandwidth and/or up and down speeds.

I would set it for maximum call quality in your Vonage account, but there may be other issues if you indeed do have a high-speed broadband connection. If your ISP has a speed test I would see if it says that your speed is up to advertised speeds.
