I'm italian, can i use Vonage in italy, or could ask help to some friend in uk or usa to to agreement for me and then I use it anyway from italy or poland (where often I am..) or other countries?
Unless there is some law that forbids Voip in Italy, you can. The only problem is getting a hold of a router and service. You are correct in that you will need the assistance of someone in the US or UK to use their address as the service address etc.
