Post subject: Hoe does Vonage move into a new area code?
I'm looking for someone who is in-the-know as to how
Vonage
moves into a new area code.
I guess I'm looking for how they decide to move in or why they can't move into a new area code. What are the criteria? I would think since I should be able to keep my number then
Vonage
should be able to go anywhere by law.
Any info here is appreciated!
Nova Rod (Wishin and hopin for 334 area code soon)

They at least get some of their numbers from XO communications. XO Gives them numbers as they upgrade their equipment. Right now, for instance, XO is running beta testing in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre/Moosic, etc area in PA... and this is also the area
Vonage
and Packet8 and others just got new numbers in.
