sometimes there is a problem, your cell phone number might be listed as the number to call in case there is no internet connection. Read on the other forum.
sorry found it, but I am really out of the box... so it seems correctly configured 011ID but still I can't get the Vt ring the voicemail takes it right away.
I did something that screwed everything up. I disabled the forwarding call and now I can't go back to the Forward Call Configuration on my dashboard, I got an error message...
I guess I'll take some air from Vonage for few hours...
no worries, close out VT completely and then restart it, should now be back in the simulring/call forwarding section. You can't enable call forwarding with your 011username it will only show a 1.
but I can't acces anymore to the call forwarding configuration... if I click Configure Call forwarding I have page that open with error try again later.
And you know I did click on the Disable button before I got the error message. So I know I had a page that said changed saved and then when I wanted to go back to enable the forwarding call I got the error page.
I'll try to close VT and restart to see how it works.
