sometimes there is a problem, your cell phone number might be listed as the number to call in case there is no internet connection. Read on the other forum.

sorry found it, but I am really out of the box...
so it seems correctly configured 011ID but still I can't get the Vt ring the voicemail takes it right away.

Whenever you start VT, 011username gets put in the simulring area. This way if someone calls your Vonage number then your vt will ring.

Can you make calls using Vonage talk? If so, have someone call you and see if goes to voice mail. I know you tried it, but have someone call you.

I did something that screwed everything up.
I disabled the forwarding call and now I can't go back to the Forward Call Configuration on my dashboard,
I got an error message...

I guess I'll take some air from Vonage for few hours...

no worries, close out VT completely and then restart it, should now be back in the simulring/call forwarding section. You can't enable call forwarding with your 011username it will only show a 1.

but I can't acces anymore to the call forwarding configuration...
if I click Configure Call forwarding I have page that open with error try again later.

And you know I did click on the Disable button before I got the error message. So I know I had a page that said changed saved and then when I wanted to go back to enable the forwarding call I got the error page.

I'll try to close VT and restart to see how it works.

I tried to call my number and I hear a small bip or kind of on the computer and then right away less than one sec. I got the voicemail.

I'll try to call a friend to ask him to call me

I tried to call him on his Vonage number and I hear ligne busy 01610 or something. But if I call my cell it works...

Sometimes you get that error, I would try it again. If you can't get your call forwarding page to come up again, you will have to call Vonage.
