I have not commented on this forum for quite a while. My Vonage service has been excellent. However the old 800 problem cropped up again. I dialled Sears Canada order number and got Swiss Army Knife, Wenger I think. I tried again and got the same response. Then I dialled the same number on my Bell phone and got Sears. I guess its still not time to go all Vonage.
