Okay, it looks like from reading this forum my problem is hardly new.
I've been using my V Phone for a year. No problems.
Now, I can hear the digits dial and the phone appears to be connecting but no sound on either end. Thye can't hear me - I can't hear them.
It appears I need to delete the options.ini file.
I went to the drive holding the Vonage files - F: in my computer. I reset Windows options to show hidden files. I did a search and cannot find the options.ini file.
Where is it?
Stuck in Europe without a phone - any help would be greatly appreciated.
