Please forgive me if this not the correct forum to post this and perhaps I should be contacting Vonage directly for a service ticket? Anyway, I've been a very pleased user of Vonage since Sunrocket went under. This one issue, however, has happened every once in awhile and recently has occured twice within the past week. Someone leaves me a voicemail message, but it doesn't show up in my voicemail message for a day (and I get no indication there is a message - for example, no email is sent with the message, though I am set up to receive notification of VM by email). This is a very serious problem - for the obvious reasons one relies on receiving urgent VM. Has anyone encountered this issue, is there any fix?
