Hello,
Since Puerto Rico (which is considered part of the US because of its commonwealth status), I would like to inquire why other US territories such as American Samoa, Guam, and Saipan are not included in your calling plans. Below are links whichi indicate that these countries are part of the US either a territory or commonweatlh status:
American Samoa: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Samoa Saipan: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saipan http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northern_Mariana_Islands Guam: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guam
Furthermore, it seems that another company AT&T provides a package with the same price as Vonage. Below is an exerpt from their site:
AT&T CallVantage service offers a number of advantages over current telephone services. Although it relies on different technology and communications that do not travel over regular phone lines, it provides features and capabilities similar to your current telephone service.
This includes local, long distance, and international calling, Call Waiting, 3-Way Calling, Call Forwarding, and Caller ID with Name. Subscribers to our AT&T CallVantage Service Plan receive unlimited local and long distance calling, including calls to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, while subscribers to our AT&T CallVantage Local Plan receive unlimited local calling with regional toll calls and long distance calls billed at an additional $0.04 per minute. And all international calls are billed at competitive additional per-minute rates.
Please share your thoughts on this matter as well as what are the e-mail addresses which I can send this information to at Vonage.
Sincerely,
Babylon5 |
