Weird beeps with voicemail

4. Not sure, the one they sent me?
5. What is this?

7. Issue you are experiencing:

I had missed a call and had gotten an email saying that I had a new voicemail. I dialed the number from my phone and the only thing in the message was a series of beeps 1.5 seconds apart. I then checked the file that was attached to the email informing me of a voicemail, and I was able to hear the message.

But on another voicemail, all I hear is beeps on the phone voicemail AND the file from the email.

Any ideas what is causing this?

From another phone, send yourself a voicemail and see if you can hear the voicemail message. If the problem still persists, you will need to contact Vonage tech support about this issue.
