Occassionally, the flashing voicemail LED indicator on my phone does not reset (go dark), even though I have listened to and deleted my voicemails.
I am requesting a simple "voicemail indicator reset" button in the Voicemail portion of My Account on the Vonage website. Clicking on this "voicemail reset" button would simply send another communication to the router to turn off the flashing voicemail indication.
In the past, in order to reset the voicemail indication, I have had to call my Vonage line from my cell phone and leave a message, then go to the Vonage website and delete the voicemail.
