Post subject: SoftPhone on multiple PCs
Am I able to set up the same SoftPhone number on multiple PCs? I travel a lot so it's useful just to have the single number set up for the three company PCs I might be using. However setting it up on a second PC gives me a "Login failed! Contact Netrwork Admin" messageand I think I'm entering the right password!

That's a bummer. I got a second SoftPhone account and that set up and works with no problems (so now I have one too many) - but that doesn't explain the initial problem

Post subject: You might be behind a firewall for your second instance
Chances are that you are behind a firewall of some kind that is preventing your second instance of softphone from working. I just signed up and am able to use softphone fine when I am at home or on the open Intenet. When I try to connect or login with softphone on the corporate network, I get the same message you got.
